Who we are
Carers and Qualified Caregivers Ltd were founded by the current shareholder Norman Ndomori, MD, CEO, Secretary, who holds BA (Hons) Business Management, Diploma in Social Care and NVQ 3 in Social Care with 24 year’s experience in Social care, assisted by Sister Florence Shonhe RGN 22 year’s experience. Sister Gina MA general nursing 5 years’ experience, Edward Matt RMN 21 year’s experience and others. We all have wide experience in various specialist and challenging care settings which includes learning disability services, psychiatric secure hospitals, community care settings, NHS hospitals both general and mental health hospitals, Nursing homes, Residential homes, Supported living homes, Live-in, and own private homes. These abundant experiences have helped us develop extensive knowledge and expertise in meeting the challenges in identifying and supplying the right Nurses, Carers and support workers needed by our clients to meet statutory requirements in all types of health care settings. We are passionate about quality and we support people to achieve full independence. We achieve this through empathy, belief and training and we use all of our resources, skills and abilities to ensure that patients, clients and our staff achieved best results.
